He gained distinguished institutional experience through holding pivotal leadership roles, most notably In Minister of Justice where he played an instrumental role and made direct contributions to a range of local and international legal matters. His work included addressing and resolving various legal issues related to land titles and real estate assets in the Kingdom. In addition, he has served as chairman and member of several boards and board committees. Reflecting his in-depth understanding of the regulatory and legislative landscape. Also in the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he successfully oversaw all legal frameworks related to PIF’s real estate investments. In this capacity, he led and supervised numerous complex and high-value real estate transactions and projects of strategic importance, establishing himself as a trusted authority in the field.

  1. 1. Providing strategic counsel and legal structuring for the Kingdom’s flagship developments, including NEOM, Qiddiya, The Red Sea, Amaala, and ROSHN.
  2. 2. Leading major acquisition deals for key national assets, including the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), the Diriyah Gate Development, and a significant equity stake in Emaar the Economic City.
  3. 3. Providing legal oversight for transformative urban and hospitality projects, such as ARDAR, Jeddah Downtown, Jeddah Historical District (Al-Balad), and Boutique Group (Ultra-luxury hospitality).
