Abdulaziz AlAbbad, Partner, has a professional experience locally and internationally in Legislative, Regulatory, Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions. He served at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he oversaw all legal matters for PIF in the MENA region, including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial, and regulatory matters. He also led complex transactions, ownership restructurings, and regulatory initiatives. Earlier in his career, he served as Legal Counsel at the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers, and also held roles at SABIC in Saudi Arabia and Europe. In addition, he worked at the international law firm Vinson & Elkins LLP, which provided him with significant international exposure and enhanced his ability to manage highly complex legal matters.
